# Privacy Policy.

TMW Digital LLC (“TMW Digital”) makes xEditPilot, xWebPilot, ConnectMyBot and related products.

## What we collect, only if you opt in

An anonymous random install ID; app version, operating system and version, CPU architecture, language; feature usage events (e.g. “video exported”, “edit applied”, “task completed”) and counts; for exports, basic facts about the creation (length, aspect ratio, platform preset, suggested title) and a random creation ID.

## What we never collect

Your name, email, IP address (not stored), files, video content, prompts, browsing history, page contents or form data.

## Websites

When you click a download button we record the platform and page, with no cookies or identifiers.

## Embedded creation ID

Exported files contain a hidden tag (“Edited with xEditPilot” and a random creation ID) in file metadata. It identifies no person. Remove it with any metadata tool.

## Connected accounts (optional)

If you connect YouTube or TikTok, we read public stats (views, likes) for videos you made with our apps. You can disconnect at any time; tokens are stored encrypted and deleted on disconnect.

## Use

Improving our products and measuring how they are used. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

## Retention

Raw events 24 months, then aggregated.

## Your choices

Turn telemetry off anytime in Settings; ask us to delete data tied to your install ID at tripper.wood@gmail.com.
